About
Leadership was never about the title.

Dr. Rojin Karickal
Doctor of Business Leadership · ICF certified · Author
For more than fifteen years I led communities, hospital ministries and volunteer teams in India and the United States. I walked with people through change, conflict and loss, often with no authority but trust.
It taught me the truth about leadership: people don’t follow titles. They follow someone who sees them, believes in them and shows them the way.
A Doctorate in Business Leadership, ICF certification and work across more than fifty countries gave me the tools. PhiloHumans is where I use them, to help you become that kind of leader.
