Who we are

This website, www.philohumans.com, is run by PhiloHumans LLC (“PhiloHumans”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, email contact@philohumans.com.

What we collect, and why

  • Enquiry form. Your name, email, organisation (optional), area of interest and message. We use these only to reply to you and to discuss working together. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, an email delivery service.
  • Booking a consultation. Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there (such as your name, email and chosen time) to schedule the call. Calendly handles this data under its own privacy policy.
  • Website analytics. With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and whether a consultation was booked. This uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. We do not use it to identify you personally.
  • Leadership self-assessment. Your answers are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us or stored. We may record that an assessment was completed, and the overall score, in our analytics, if you have allowed analytics cookies.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser and time of visit) to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential: a setting that remembers your cookie choice. This is stored in your browser.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics cookies, set only if you click “Accept”. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
  • Embedded services: the booking calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly and may set its own cookies when it loads.

Services we rely on

We share information only with providers that help us run the website and our business:

  • Hostinger: website hosting and content delivery.
  • Cloudflare: domain name services.
  • Google: Analytics and Tag Manager, and Google Fonts for the site’s typefaces.
  • Calendly: consultation scheduling.
  • Web3Forms: delivering enquiry-form messages to our inbox.
  • Zoho: email, to receive and answer your messages.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where required, they use recognised safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the length of our relationship and any legal record-keeping period afterwards. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email contact@philohumans.com. We will reply within 30 days.

Confidentiality of our work

What you share with us during consultations and engagements is kept confidential, in line with the International Coaching Federation code of ethics. Anything shared with a sponsoring organisation is agreed with you in advance.
